ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the treatments scheduled, some or all of your treatments may have to be rescheduled. Unfortunately, we cannot extend your appointment time, as this would affect your practitioner's subsequent appointments.

Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any penalty.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your 30% deposit will be retained, but you will be allowed to reschedule once using the same deposit.

However, if you cancel late a second time, the deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to respecting our time.

No Shows

A 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

If you fail to show up without notice (no-show), your deposit will be retained — but you will be allowed to reschedule your appointment once using the same deposit.

However, if you miss a second appointment without notice, the deposit will be fully forfeited, and you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.

CHILDREN & Animals

At The Greek Muse, we are committed to providing a calm, relaxing, and hygienic environment for our treatments. For this reason, children are not permitted in our treatment areas to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all our clients. Additionally, to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, animals are not allowed inside our facility. However, if you need to bring your pet, they are welcome to wait outside in a shaded area, provided you supply a bowl of water for their comfort. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
