ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the treatments scheduled, some or all of your treatments may have to be rescheduled. Unfortunately, we cannot extend your appointment time, as this would affect your practitioner's subsequent appointments.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, otherwise we will keep your deposit.
No Shows
We understand that unforeseen events can occur, so we offer a one-time courtesy waiver for your first missed appointment without notice, but we will charge you with the deposit.
CHILDREN & Animals
At The Greek Muse, we are committed to providing a calm, relaxing, and hygienic environment for our treatments. For this reason, children are not permitted in our treatment areas to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all our clients. Additionally, to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, animals are not allowed inside our facility. However, if you need to bring your pet, they are welcome to wait outside in a shaded area, provided you supply a bowl of water for their comfort. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

At The Greek Muse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes minor irregularities or asymmetries may occur after a Botox or filler treatment. That’s why we offer retouch appointments at a reduced price to ensure you achieve the best possible results. Your confidence and satisfaction are at the heart of what we do, and we’re committed to perfecting your look.
Deposit
For all appointments with services exceeding 100 euros, a deposit of 50 euros is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final service cost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
